PUBLIC ART COMMISSIONS
2002 – 2006    Awarded commission to create artwork for Fire Station #65, Watts, Los Angeles – through the Los Angeles Cultural Affairs Department

2002 design completion – 2007 projected completion of project.   Commissioned to create a railing design for the Pacoima Bicycle Bridge over the Pacoima Wash – through the Los Angeles Bureau of Engineering and the Los Angeles Cultural Affairs Department

1999 – 2001   Awarded Commission by City of Pasadena, Cultural Affairs Division to create public art for Fire Station #34, Pasadena, California

1998 – 2001  Commissioned by the Los Angeles Cultural Affairs Department to create public art for the Department of Recreation and Parks for the Van Ness Child Care Center in South Los Angeles, California.

1997 – 2007   Awarded commission by the Los Angeles Cultural Affairs Department to create public art for the Department of Recreation and Parks for the Downey Child Care Facility in Lincoln Heights, California.

1995 – 1999  Awarded commission by Los Angeles Cultural Affairs Department to create public art for the Department of Transportation - Parking Enforcement Facility, West Los Angeles, California.  

2001  Community of Angels" public art project, benefiting the Volunteers of America and Catholic Big Brothers.   Sponsor of the selected piece, “The Travel Angel,” was the Los Angeles Convention &Visitors Bureau.  Acquired by the Farmers Market, at 3rd and Fairfax.

2004    Finalist for the Ventura, Thille Park project – City of Ventura, Cultural Affairs Division

2004    Finalist for the Euclid Park project  – City of Santa Monica, Cultural Affairs
Division

2001    Selected by the Los Angeles Cultural Affairs Department, along with 4 other artists, to submit a public art proposal, with a $125,000 budget, for Warner Center's Building B in Woodland Hills.
